Just went in for a petrol cap which was extremely difficult to source even from lawnmower stores. A Staff member by the name of Alice was more than helpful and took time out to try other caps before resorting to ordering the exact one. Great customer service. Thanks Alice

I've been here several times with odd little chainsaw repair issues or after replacement chains etc and they've always been very helpful and friendly even pointing me in the right direction even when my antique non-stihl saw was outside their scope. They know their stuff too.
Smart presentation from arriving in the carpark, through the showroom and to the service counter. Welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive sales staff, quick and efficient processing of my purchase which enabled me to get home to play with it. This purchase was a BG56 petrol powered leaf blower, and like the MS180 chainsaw that I bought a little while ago, the performance was amazing. After the older machinery that I had become accustomed to, I really have found out just what a pleasure it is to use high quality products that perform tremendously, every time!
Awesome and friendly staff answered all my questions and received some great tips going back.
Great service in this branch, both in person and over the phone. They have a great range of products in store, and offer a great after sale package with a free first service. We brought a concrete cut off saw, and a very impressed with the product!
Not very good with communication. We had to ring 3 or 4 times to find out about our mower repair after they had said they would call us. Firstly we had to ring again after waiting 3 days when they had told us they would get back to us that same day that we had rung.
Just had a great experience with this shop. Had an issue with a trimmer head that had not done much work 15m of line since new but had worn out a component. They replaced the part for free and it now works well again. Keep up the good customer service.
So just stopped in to update my fs45 after 10 years of maintaining two properties. Sadly the fs45 is a bit popular and was out of stock so decided to go down to the fs38 since I'll only be looking after one property now. Had to give it start the first chance I got and am well pleased with myself. Seems measurably quieter than my fs45 and boy does it feel new. Super smooth operation with little to no vibration and easy as to start. Thanks Stihl shop, see you for a service in the near future.
I've just used my battery lawn mower's new mulching attachment. Wow, I can't rave about it enough. I only wished I'd got it when they first came out. I absolutely love it, thank you Stihl team, you have made my job easier, quicker and actually enjoyable. No more bending to empty the catch, no weight on my shoulders and back and no more issues/costs to get rid of the clippings. Thank you, thank you
