We visited lunch time during a school day, there were patrons but there were plenty tables so it did not feel crowded. Looking for a parking without having to cross the road was a bit difficult. We did not wait too long for our food to come out and when it did I was happy at the generous amount of food. I think the price is reasonable and the food is good.

Went to Sticky Rice for a Sunday lunch out and OMG, so glad we did. Was absolutely delicious, the satay chicken was perfect and the sweet & chicken just perfection.  Service was wonderful, warm and very welcoming. Toilets available and they were clean and tidy.

Amazing! Fantastic food, great service sprinkled with some special presentation see pic of drinks!. Great for takeaway or dine in with family or friends.  Gets super busy so plan ahead!

It was ok. Horrible wooden bench seats. Satay chicken skewers were generous in size but let down by a tasteless sauce. Chilli pork belly was lovely but disappointed in the accompanying vegetables.

Nice food but very disappointed in not observing allergy request. Each dish was requested with No mushrooms. The counter staff member even joked about the frequency of notes about no mushrooms. Imaging my surprise when mushrooms were in the meal. When we left feedback we have received no reply.

I went to this place on my visit to Newcastle a couple of years ago with several friends and I was impressed by their delicious food. This time we dropped by for a quick lunch. Ordered the stirred fried vegetables with rice and Pad See Ew noodles from their lunch special menu. It was served quickly with generous portions. Food was tasty but a bit salty and I had to drink lots of water after the meal. Other than that, I was happy with our visit. The restaurant was nice and clean, and staff were also attentive and friendly.

Food was made beautifully and just the service was spectacular food was out in the first 30 mins while restaurant was completely full.  Out of our group 10/10 people loved there food. They offer quick service which is much better then majority of restaurants in Newcastle I've gone too.  The only think I didn't like were the seats with no back rest. After a nice meal I would like to lay back on a chair and relax.

Probably the worst handling of a complaint I've ever had in a restaurant. The meal purchased was not as advertised and completely disgusting in multiple ways. I tried to polite ask for a refund as the meal was unedible and require me to go to another venue to buy food and we had maybe 3 bites and threw their food out.  About 2 hours later they replied to my message with the most disrespect response asking me to return all items that I've complained about. Now I get people may use this situation as a way to get free food but genuinely I was applauded at the assumption. We threw the food directly into the bin maybe 10 minutes after our first bite. I also live 20-25 minutes away from the venue. So that would be a second 40-50 minute drive just to collect a refund.  They then chose to not reply to my messages and avoid the situation. I've been eating there for a long time, do large work orders through these guys so I'm aware people have off nights but they way this was handled far exceeds the quality of food.  Disgusting and will be going out of my way to steer anyone I can away from this business.

Tried this place on a trip to Newcastle. The food is amazing. Generous portions. Love the squid and the Chillie fried rice. The staff was quite friendly and the service was efficient. They are located in a place where there is plenty of parking around. Will definitely visit this place when in Newcastle and craving Thai :D.
