I was disappointed with my experience today. I arrived on time for the first appointment of the day 8:40am for an ECG prior to seeing the doctor. By 9:05am the nurse had not arrived, and when she did, she made herself a coffee without acknowledging that I had been waiting for over 20 minutes.nnI understand delays can happen, but a lack of acknowledgment or explanation felt dismissive. I hope this feedback helps improve punctuality and patient care.
I had to wait more than two weeks for an ACC medical certificate that should have been provided on the first day. Poor communication and delays from the nursing staff created unnecessary stress and uncertainty, and nearly caused me to lose my job. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this GP practice to others
I put 3 stars because it changes all the time. You don't get a regular doctor because they don't general stay here for long so we get locums instead. So in my experience you can get guineapigged around. I've been double charged before and have to ask for the manager.. other than that for a small town it's just ok
Not impressed with the doctor, I feel like I Was rushed through, Didn't feel like I was listened to,Nurse an reception all good, thinking about going back to city doctors.
Terrible service today. Despite speaking with two people in triage on two separate occasions related to a health need and no one got back to advise plan despite being advised they would. When rang a third time to enquire as to plan before the closing time and being on hold - for about 5 minutes eventually a automated message to say we have rung outside of work hours played.This really is not ok. I appreciate things are busy but please do better.
