5 bad experiences since it was taken over this clinic has gone down hill used to be good. terrible customer service/reception inadequate medical staff all the competent staff have left or in process of leavingnNo after hours care anymore.nPrescription phone line faulty.nReferrals to medical websites with virtual reality doctors that want credit card details first or wait weeks to get an appointment with a human one ! I strongly advise against going to this place as it is terrible in every possible way. It is apparent from the very beginning that they simply don't care ans treat patients as an irritation They offer outdated medical services and the overall service quality is poor. The doctors are dismissive and rude, and it takes weeks to get an appointment. Furthermore, the treatment you receive is below average. The receptionists are even worse, with appalling attitudes from some of the older ones who seem to be purposely difficult. I wish I could give this place zero stars.
A busy but highly service orientated medical clinic.
Today I wasn’t allowed in because of my vaccine status. My daughter had a bad uti and wasn’t even allowed to enter the premises to get her urine sample done. I had to go to bulls who by the way don’t discriminate. I don’t care about people’s vaccine status but this is illegal. It’s an essential service.
