Story

Steves Fine Wine & Food is open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We serve quality, modern Australian food based on seasonal ingredients, carefully sourced from local suppliers, with menus designed to take advantage of fresh local produce and offer dishes that complement the changing seasons.

Head chef Naomi Bulner and her team aim to stay at the forefront of changing food trends and to be innovative and creative whilst presenting food and drinks that will be enjoyed by our patrons.

The attached wine store is a world class, with the countries finest selection of boutique Australian, and European fine wines. The shop is also home to WA's first self serve ‘EnoMatic’ wine dispensing system letting customers taste 32 different wines in small serves to find just the right drop to go with lunch or dinner.

Our award wining wine list is arguably one of the best in the country. Customers can peruse our reserve wine list, complete with tasting notes, or browse the shelves of the wine store and cellar for the perfect accompanying wine.

Great atmosphere, very chilled vibe, fast service. The only thing that I don't like is this new scan the menu and order online. I understand it is a new thing for covid or whatever reasons. But it doesn't give me the opportunity to have a chat with servers about recommendations of items in the menu. Plus network service was slow and it took a while to buffer. Other than that this place is awesome.
Went to Steves for the first time and had a great time. We loved it as the service was great, food creative, generous and tasty, and there was a extensive and reasonably. The crepe is a must and the oysters fresh and outstanding. Big shout out to Michael, he was passionate about the food and wine. The only downside was that it was a pretty quiet night and not given the best seat near the toilet - did not ask to move because thought there might have been other bookings, but not the case.
One of the best chicken burgers in Perth; unique flavour. Good table service, average bar service. Good food menu with variety. Decent wine list, but missing South American wines.Food: 4/5
This is a great place to enjoy a drink or a good meal with friends.We enjoyed the exmouth prawns and it was good to see that several main dishes were sources from Western Australia. There is also a good selection of international and local wines. There is parking available for customers next to the restaurant as well as on the streets nearby. There is a very pleasant outdoor seating area.
Trendy pub with relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of pub classics presented well with broad overall choice. Friendly staff with choice of at table service if open tab or order at bar. Several dining areas, indoor and outside verandah, plus mix of table and bench seating. Moderate wine list but also cellar area where can select alternatives not listed. Great lunch venue.
Very large selection of wines. Good cocktails. Honestly cannot fault the venue. Being in Nedlands there were a fair few "rich" people with their noses in the air unfortunately.Food: 4/5
Having waiting for more than 1 hour for food in a now so peak time for lunch is beyond any expectation. They argued that they serve for entree first which took 20mins and then they started cooking main, it’s impossible. Please be aware that this will take ONE hour when you come here
Haven't been to Steve's for years. It was early afternoon and we were in Perth for an appointment. Went looking for a coffee and found Steve's. Great coffee, great pate and great service. Thanks. Next time we come to Perth, we'll come back for a visit.Food: 5/5
Very bad service, we have been waiting over an hour for our food and the manager lady didn’t even say sorry. The restaurant was not busy at all. The fish and the spaghetti were really salty, the pork was the opposite really sweet. I don’t know what kind of food they are serving
Terrible. Shocking service from staff who all were apparently on their first shift, as we were told. No upper management to be seen anywhere, could not even serve up hot chips, stone cold. Ten minutes for salt and pepper mills to arrive. Only thing that arrived on time was the bill. Utter disgrace, stick your fine wine cellar up your jumper!!
