Don't leave your finances in the hands of this lying, incompetent accountant. Steven stuffed up my husbands 2016 tax return and made no attempts to correct the mistakes. My husband was the one who had to contact the ATO and Steven over an 8 week period to get them to do anything about it. When he eventually did receive his tax return it was 50% less than what we were told by Steven would be returned. The ATO was so shocked by the sloppy work that they agreed to allow another accountant relodge the claim as long as the initial lodgement accompanied the new one. When we called and asked for the original paperwork they refused to hand it over and told us to go away in a very unprofessional manner. You would be better off doing it yourself.

Called Steven last week with a 2012 tax lodgement. He did the lodgement for me the same day and its already been processed. Couldn't ask for better service! Becca, Coburg.
