We were fortunate to have been put in contact with Charles.  His service was excellent. He was professional, responsive, good at what he does and a pleasure to deal with.  As first home buyers, we did not have much experience dealing with mortgages so Charles explained to us everything and guided us from beginning to the end of the deal. Despite the tight deadline, we managed to get everything sorted on time because Charles was there in every step.  Highly recommended!

His communication is also great, through the whole loan process we have been getting updates which is awesome as we always know where we stand and what part of the process we're at. My wife and I were put in touch with Charles through a friend, as well as many of my coworkers here at Harvest. Charles has been amazing to deal with throughout the home buying process so far we just went unconditional today. He worked very hard behind the scenes dealing with Kiwisaver, Homestart, and multiple banks. Charles really went above and beyond for us and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. I also met with Steve and Neil to discuss insurance and again, they were great to deal with.
