Steve is an incredibly talented and skillful jeweller who not only captured my daughter's personality but also showed a deep understanding of her desire for it to reflect her family when designing her beautiful 21st birthday ring. He designed a ring that far exceeded our expectations or our imagination. It is a very special piece that represents her family perfectly.

My fiancé and I recently had our wedding and engagement ring set beautifully and skilfully handcrafted by Steve. From the very start Steve has provided an excellent jewellery design, manufacture and maintenance service. I thoroughly enjoyed the way he was able to sketch out and refine my ideas for an engagement ring - helping me to understand aspects of the jewellery manufacture process and different metal and stone options. Steve provides a very personal service keeping you informed of the creation progress along the way and it’s always enjoyable to walk into his shop to see him engaged in his craft with the aroma of fresh coffee filling the creative space! We took an engagement ring there for a clean and polish yesterday. The service was phenomenal. Casey had great customer service skills plus we had the ring back in less than 45mins!! it hadn’t just been cleaned but polished as well, not a scuff mark in sight. The ring was the best I have ever seen it. Thank you so much Steve and Casey! Would recommend 1000 times over.

I was totally blown away with the designs Steve has. I asked for something a little unique and he took the time to explain the differences in the metals, colours and overall designs. Living in Australia I thought might be a challenge with communication but Steve made it all seemless with regular updates. A true gentleman and craftsman.
