Chips were good, service was pleasant but just a bit slow. I also bought a can of coke that tasted like it was out of date, I couldn't see a best before. In that case... I guess that you can't blame it on the shop. Will go there again for the chips and I look forward to trying some fish next time

Got food poisoning from their prawns on Christmas. Another day, bought a fish, didn't even ask if we need it gutted and the fish was not gutted nor scaled. Not only is the food not fresh, customer service is non-existent too

I thought I would give you another try after getting some awful fresh fish a while ago. Ordered a dozen Sydney rock oysters and a kilo or so of prawns. I didn’t see the oysters as they were handed to me wrapped but they were disgusting and inedible. There was shell grit in the tray and they looked old and dry. Fortunately we didn’t get sick. Sorry guys but you’ve lost another customer.

$120 per kg for green prawns charged on collection as part of a large Christmas order picked up by others.      ROBBERY! Their excuse, “market price.”  So how about telling me that or at least displaying the price when I placed my order??? Advice . . be careful when ordering or buy your seafood elsewhere.

The manager here was very helpful and knowledgable in my find to get the BEST fish h and prawns for my aunt’s birthday party. It was so yummy!!

Had the salt and pepper squid cooked in store. It was pretty good but a little oily.

I tried out their garlic prawns and they tasted so good : the chips were so good and the prawns were better! Its a really good restraunt and people should try it out :

Absolute worst customer service & food I’ve experienced in a long time. Ordered a wagyu beef & a chicken burger and it looked like the patty’s were literally from coles or woolies. Rubbish.
