First installer was obviously paid “by the job” and not hourly. Rushed it and made a mess of it! It took three visits to turn up with a non faulty glass door!!!! It took till visit five to get the silicone correct, wasn’t long before that was going mouldy! (cheap silicone). Over all a very poor experience. I’d look elsewhere for your shower screen needs! Good luck!

I visited the Bundall store for ideas and advice .The staff were very polite and helpfull with their advice .Nella was incredibly helpful with ideas on the best products and applications to suit my needs .I highly reccomend their services products and advice .

Went there for a splashback. Tha quality of the product is perfect but there poor customer service. Took 2 months to manufacture and realise that their measurement were wrong, and another two months to come back and fix it. Impossible to get in touch with them and when you show up at the showroom, they’re just not interested in helping you. Finally they installed the splashback and broke a brand new GPO using brute force... Shame as they are doing good product.

I ordered 2 doors... sent photos of the 2 doors sent me a quote for 2 doors , I received quote, thought this is a bit expensive, had to pay in full by the way, which I did before quote was processed, (I had purchased original Doors from Stegbar 12-13 years ago spent $11k with this company doing renovation).. I received delivery Stegbar sent me 4 doors , I asked I will send doors back at my cost , just want refund for the 2 extra doors....Stegbar reply was custom doors cannot give you a refund, I will give you some companies that might buy your doors..got a quote $300......so going to seek legal advice..Stegbar stinks....a company of this size should be able to refund....never again...BEWARE

Very unhelpful staff and very unhappy with the response I received after asking for a simple quote on pricing.
