My wife went to get her hair done at 1 pm and she was really happy with the way her hair turned out. Tabitha was so professional knowing what she wanted and how she wanted it done. Highly recommend and she will definitely be going back.

This is my third cut and color here and as always lovely results. The stylists are professional and kind. I also get my two young son’s haircuts done here too. They provided juice and coloring books and great cuts for kids.   New haircut March 7th Tabitha has done a fabulous job for the second time. Lovely skilled and kind professional staff. Have only ever had positive experiences with Stefan. All the girls seem to enjoy their work and it comes across through their customer service. I've been getting my hair done by Ebony and am extremely happy with. She knows my hair better than I do. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable.The colour lasts really well overtime. I do feel it's a little pricey but I am prepared to pay the price as I know I will walk away with exactly what I want. I also know they use quality products and the colour lasts a long time. Everytimeut I feel a million dollars.

Did a terribly job on my son's hair, I took him to get a hair cut to help his confidence before going back to school and the worker there messed his hair up beyond repair and instead of taking responsibility for it tried to blame it on my son for moving, to which I was right next to him and he wasn't.  The women there were very cold, fake and reserved towards us no matter how kind I was. I was very precise about how his hair was to be done yet within 30 seconds she went against everything I had just told her to do and if she was not experienced she should not have done it or at the least apologised for making his hair a blotchy, uneven mess. The other women working there were all staring at him in shock to what she was doing and yet when I tried to guide her into fixing it I got a snide remark from her and a death stare.  I will never be going here again and telling everyone I know not to go here or take their children here, worst experience I have ever had in my 15 years of attending salons, the only reason I went there is everywhere else was either booked out or closed for Australia day weekend. But i should have either waited or done it myself because now my little boy has to go back to school with lower confidence then when he walked in there. Thanks alot for nothing.

Ash, Hannah & Tab did a wonderful job taking care of me again. I’ve been visiting the Rockhampton salon for over 12 years and can honestly say it’s always a pleasure. I highly recommend the girls!
