I would not trust these muppets to deliver a piece of paper to a mailbox, delivered materials to my house, destroyed a 10k set of gates, damaged a 22k driveway, nothing been done to rectify the damages either, im pretty sure they let anyone drive a 10t truck regardless if they have a license or not.

Met with salesman twice, supplied drawings , chose colours and products, took a builder with me twice- got one quote and plan with door and windows in wrong place, phone call 4 to request accurate design and quote- always told us he had emailed that to us already - a year later nothing.

I received great assistance creating an order which I had no idea how to do, for free.

Not a good. Over three purchases in past years each had damaged roofing...usually hidden in the pack. First was replaced by Steeline but due to needs I used a buckled flashing hidden in the pack. Last week I  picked up 3 lengths of roll top capping and true to form the middle piece had nicks in the outer edge. Again fearing heavy rain I had to install it. Please check on pick up or delivery as Steeline appear happy to supply damaged goods...or go elsewhere as I will be doing.

Ordered a sheet of steel Wednesday was told it would be right to pick up Friday, rang Friday to see if it was ready to which they had no idea of my order and were more concerned about finding out who took my order than apologising for the stuff up and finding a solution. Re ordered friday, was told would be ready Monday lunchtime, rang just before lunch told reception my name which didn't seem like they had the new order down as she then wanted to know who I had been dealing with, on hold for two minutes before the guy that stuffed me around Friday answers with um, oh, yeah, is that the grey colorbond? Yeah look it's next on will be ready within the hour. About to head and pick it up fingers crossed it goes well! Unfortunately they lack customer service skills, will be going somewhere different next time.

Flashing between shed and retaining wall wasn't made to fit properly and leaks, talked to them about it sent photos of the issue here we are 4 months later still no action

Making far too much money. Asked for a quote on roofing supplies.......still waiting on the promise for the quote to be emailed the next day. That is over a month ago - glad to have used Central roofing supplies as a great alternative

Absolutely disgracefully been waiting 6 months for my shed trying to charge me fees that were not discussed will not use them again haven't even got my order ordered and paid in full in July

If you are a new customer in this field ,Never go there because   first i went there and they told me all items higher price than the normal price , then i bargained  them with other shops prices, they are agreed with the price, but i dont know about  downpipe fittings they charged 9.3$, then i realised we will get it from Bunnings  only 3.3$ , i attached invoice as well, also first they told me delivery charge 80$ then i argued  with them finally they delivered 30$ for 3 kilometers..

Hi i was contract for still line for 5 years ... and I wouldnt recommend steeline roof yo anybody the why they treat tere customer is very poorly?  The most unreliable roofing company in in Tasmania
