Mark was very pleasant to deal with in terms of speed of quoting and responding to email and phone inquiries. Unfortunately the driver only delivered part of the order as he left some flashing and many extras needed for install rivets, silicone, pop and gutter brackets so our hired trade had to improvise until the parts arrived. Attached photo shows a significant and obvious gap in one of the toe mould flashings demonstrating a lack of quality control. When asked if they would consider refunding this one length small refund this was Mark's reply "That won’t be possible sorry, the company that makes them have a strict policy that says they will only replace the item – not give refunds…. Plus there is a minimum tolerance of a few mm its not rockets science! so I would say this falls within that…"  As far as I'm was aware I was dealing with Steeline and not some other company and by consumer law that is who is responsible for a replacement or refund. Nonetheless, everything happens for a reason and the $1094 spent with Steeline was only one of two more orders and thankfully we've seen how this company treats customers and will be ordering all remaining flashings elsewhere.

Cheap steal but cheap customer service. Friendly but slow. Just looked like they got our of bed where I was paying, then went to pick up my steel and I had to go looking for someone who was too busy on their mobile phone, they don't have great customer service.

Worst place to deal with ever , stay away , last job they stuffed my order up , admitting there fault but didn’t rectify , now the worst is I made a temp booking to place an order , 1 week later then get told can’t help period , I had specifically booked and overseas shipment this product was to go on , now I’m to ship a half empty shipping container,,, all I get from the manager, sorry!!!     Please take my advice and shop elsewhere with your hard earned money , this company is a disgrace

Rude and abusive driver.  Driver has pulled up to deliver, so I've opened the garage to ask him if he could place it there for me.  As he disappeared for a bit, I went back inside to grab something.    Having multiple surgeries and being on WorkCover I was going to ask if he could do that for me.  He continued to unload onto the nature strip.  I approached him to ask if he could place it in the garage, he told me it was to heavy and that he wouldn't.  From what I saw there was no crane on the back of the truck so Im assuming he did it by hand.  He seen me standing there, ignored me and continued to jump in the truck to drive off.  I approached the truck and told him of my situation, he said he won't be doing that.  I told him to wait so I can speak with the company, told me to F off and drove off while I was standing near his truck.  As angry as I was I responded with abusive words as well.  I spoke to the company and was told the manager would call me back, didn't happen I had to call again.  Spoke to him, he told me the driver's side, I explained my side, didn't believe his driver would do anything like that, offered me an apology when I requested his driver to apologize. Now I have materials out on the nature strip that my wife will be trying to place in the garage. Never again will I deal with this mob.

Great service, I found this company from a google search for guttering. Now if I need any Color bond guttering or roofing I only go here a keep. When ever I go the this business I never seem to wait, it’s a professional business that know there product extremely well. I enjoy going there as it’s very convenient and the guys are helpful

Had the pleasure of dealing with trent as i bought my materials for the pergola im building at home. By far the best company i have dealt with. Was always helpful and even when out of his way to find a mate who was happy to deliver to me by my deadline. I would have zero hesitation in recommending steeline to anyone.  Products are incredible staff are an absolute pleasure and the price is by far the best. I will be coming back

I found the service from the receptionist very unhelpful, didn’t listen to what I was asking, and was to busy on her phone to notice me walk in, poor customer service . How ever the boys were very good took the time to actually listen and understand what I needed, specially the bigger guy sorry can’t remember his name helpful and explained everything in detail. The one star is for the receptionist the boys get a 5 star

Hi just had a delivery to a job all good But when I needed a extra gutter bracket or one extra sheet was not allowed to purchase  because  I was a cash account  holder I pay straight away don't like to make people wait 30 days or longer Been buying from them since 1990 On my cash account  so much for loity I have bean a builder for 35yrs with an abn but no was answer  shall go somewhere else  stramitt  said yes as long as go to recce were I have again  a cash account  not a problem  might have to pay people in 30 days or Evan stretch it out to 90 days and let them sweet on it

HI I HAVE DELT WITH CASE STEEL FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THEY ARE ONE OF THE MOST FRIENDLY PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, TRENT WAS THE ONE I DELT WITH AND HE BENT OVER BACKWARD TO WORK THING OUT FOR ME WE HAD EMAILS GOING BACK & FORWARD TILL WE WERE ABLE TO GET THE RIGHT MEASUREMENTS ONCE THAT HAD SETTLED IT WAS ORDERED AND PICKED UP A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TRENT FOR THE WORK YOU DID FOR ME. I WILL PASS IT ON TO MY VETERAN MATES HOPELY THEY WILL LOOK AFTER YOU.  THANKS PETER
