Next Level Burgers at STAXnnHad The Mahsun Derulo and The Colonel and both were absolute weapons. The Mahsun was stacked high with fried chicken, beef, and a load of melted cheese that hits you with every bite. Pure flavour chaos in the best way possible.nnThe Colonel brought the heat with that jalapeño aioli and BBQ combo, crispy chicken and juicy beef cooked perfectly. Every bite had crunch, spice, and serious flavour.nnChips were spot on, service was friendly, and the burgers looked as good as they tasted. Easily one of the best burger spots in Adelaide.nnIf you love your burgers big, bold and messy, STAX delivers every time.
Visited Stax Burger Co not long ago and it was enjoyable.nThe burgers aren't too over the top fancy like some places, they're simple but taste nice and are of a good size too. Pleasing to see a place do plain burger buns; which cater for seed allergies.nThe chips are great; and the drinks with refills are a great addition not many places do that anymore.nIt's quite a small cafe/restaurant with not a lot of seating so keep that in mind if you're wanting to attend with a larger group.nThe wait time wasn't too long which was great, and the atmosphere is cool too.nThe burgers are a bit on the pricier side, but Stax do have specials quite often as visible on their socials.nWill return again in the future when some more specials are available.
Great burgers, great service, lovely place. Had chicken burgers and both were really good. Chips was also so good, it had a delicious seasoning.nWill go back to try beef burgers as well, they looked yum!
Awesome burger and love the refills, with friendly staff. Only reason for losing a star is I found the chips to be hard and over salted, so couldn't eat them.
A great burger with lots of flavour and generous ingredients but it comes with a price tag, noting I did order from the ‘off menu’ which is the more premium burgers.nnI definitely enjoyed my burger. I had the Burg and it was tasty with a good mix of ingredients that compliment each other well. They use a strong flavoured cheese which some might like but I found it a little overbearing flavoured for my taste. Upon reflection, I think if I opted for a more modest burger from the standard beef burger range I would probably find the cheese to be much more appropriate. The meat patties are delicious and well cooked. The chips were golden brown, crunchy and well seasoned. Loved them.nnAs mentioned at the start, this is an expensive meal for burgers and fries but the burgers are premium and stax’d pun intended with ingredients. I haven’t decided if these are the best burgers in Adelaide, but they’re surely a contender.nnSo I guess to sum up, great food and drinks and I wouldn’t say no if someone was offering me one. I think I’ll have to try one of the chicken burgers in future to better explore the epic menu which will help feed into a future updated review.nnFinal thought, the owner Zaynn is deeply passionate about his business and the food he serves and I respect the determination to seek feedback and improve their food and service. That goes a long way in this world.
