Child’s school bag was left on bus. Reported by online enquiry, left 2 voicemails , sent email and not one employee has the decency to respond.
Witnessed a driver at 4:22pm today Tuesday 15/4/2025 driving a 437 inbound 1817 - bus registration who couldn't be bothered pulling into the Marion Street Leichhardt stop opposite Renwick Street because there was another bus already in there. He made an older generation lady walk out onto the road to get into the bus, not sure if he lowered the bus for her either. S.T.A. training was to pull into the bus stop no more than a foot out from the curb or no one is insured and most importantly it is not safe for the person getting on the bus.nIt seems Transit Systems don't care about safety nor customer service. Not good Daniella !!!

My experience retrieving my lost belongings was fantastic thanks to their amazing staff, especially Loomi.nnFrom the moment I contacted them, Loomi was incredibly helpful and professional. They clearly explained my options for getting my items back and even went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.nnThere was a bit of a situation with the DHL pickup where the driver didn't have a box, but Loomi took charge and found a box themself, packing everything up for me. It was such a relief not to have to worry about finding a box myself!nnLoomi's professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. They made a potentially stressful situation completely painless. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service!nnHighly recommend the Leichhardt Bus Depot Lost Property Office! If you ever lose something on the bus, don't hesitate to contact them. And if you're lucky enough to get Loomi, you're in for a great experience.
When a private company offers the lowest bid to take over the government bus networks around the country the cost savings and profits must be achieved somehow, then those profits must be increased whilst still competing with the other two bus companies for future tenders.
