I have had the opportunity of getting a few phones now out of the lost property section, which can only be accessed via Balmain Road, The staff have been very friendly and helpful each time I have needed to visit, but also retain a professional manner making sure that I am actually the true owner of the item I am retrieving from their department.

I was on a bus going home from a park, then I pick what seems to be the best set on the bus. Little do I know water dripped from the ceiling every 10 seconds onto my head. PLEASE FIX THIS

Would give minus 5 stars if possible. Extremely unreliable route 389, with many services cancelled everyday.

I had a best experience today from the staff at Transport NSW. I left one of my bags on the 438 going into the city during the peak hour rush and I was stressing out and was walking around looking to see if my bus had looped around to go back to the Inner west. I couldn't find it and I bumped into one of the supervisors who helped me get the number for the depot and I called and lodged a lost property report. They ended up calling me back at midday to let me know they found it and whilst I was walking back to catch the bus to the depot I saw the same supervisor who remembered me and called out to see if someone had handed, I replied yes, gave him a hug and thanked him deeply for his help. I got to the depot, it had my lunch in there and the girls were kind enough to heat it up for me and told me how to get back to the city. Great service and experience!!!

Buses rarely on time. Cannot contact them to find out what/when.

I lost my handbag over the weekend which had everything I needed in there. It was a very bad weekend being locked out of my house, cancelling debit cards, filing police reports, replacing phone charger, not knowing if the jewelry and my IDs were being hocked or used unscrupulously. The Covid crisis wasn't helping with places not being open or the phone lines being available. Luckily, the Burwood Depot as well as the Leichhardt depot promptly called back during business hours and gave me all the information needed to pick up my bag. Nothing was taken or missing. There are good people in the world. A massive thank you to the Bus Transit team for holding my bag safe.

My mum left her bag in a bus. I called and emailed them. 4 days later they emailed me and told me the bag is ready for me to pick up from the Bus Depot. I got the bag back and the cash still in the bag. Very impressed by their service. 5 BIG STARS for them!

I got on the 440 today around 10:40 - 45 ish. What a delightful driver who went out of his way to be helpful. He has great customer service skills. Number GR 7035. A big thank you to him and Sydney buses. Jen

Works like clockwork. Buses in the local area always on time and never even a minute late. Wish I could work here 24/7/365 but they won't let me. Should probably take over the school nextdoor since that place ain't doing anything important anytime soon

I was very pleased with the driver name Balwinder, as he was so kind and helpful with my pram! It was very hot around 40c and i was waiting for my bus 504 but the bus turned up had steps and there was no way i could fit my pram in, but when this driver saw me and my daughter waiting in the heat, he came out of his bus and asked me if he could help with my pram, i knew it that he can not take my pram but his efforts and kindness i could never forget, i asked for his name so i could tell others but may be i am a little late? my great thanks to this driver and state transit! God Bless.....
