very unreliable and dishonest behaviour. Parcel expected to be delivered today so has been waiting at home for the whole time. Status updated later: attempted delivery - Unable to gain access. no door knocking, no ticket left. worst experience ever.
Wish I could give zero stars! Ordered from a website that uses StarTrack as their courier. When I looked at the picture taken by the driver through the Auspost app, I saw that The courier driver delivered my package to a completely different house, on a different street, but same suburb, the only similarity was the unit number. I phoned the customer service line, first agent hung up on me, second agent kept loudly sighing at me. This company is a joke.
I have never received my package and they couldn't even track where it is located unbelievable! I've been spending so much time to call here and there, and wasting my petrol to go from one post office to another to find it but still couldn't find it ‍ Very disappointed
Defeats the purpose of getting something delivered if they're just going to leave a note at your door and get you to drive 25 mins and several suburbs over to pick it up. Most frustrating thing is that I was home when they "attempted" delivery.
These people take 0 responsibility or care. Do not trust the drivers. They're unskilled, very little English and do not care about anything you give them. I moved from 10 pallets a day with them to others. Do not use. They have caused me thousands in damages.
I was at home every time, and all I got was a card in my mialbox saying I was not at home. No phone call, no bell ring. This company is a joke. Sent emails regading this to the customer service three times, never got a reply, Also, if you call them, it takes foverever
Was looking at this company to do our wholesale delivery, but after reading these reviews, I certainly won't be! What a mess! Sounds like the laziest company on the world!
Being on Xmas holidays we asked UPS to redirect our delivery, to our home address. Had we known they would hand over parcel to Star Track Aust Post we would have never requested redirection. Star Track tried to deliver to our work. Rang them to arrange us to pick up from their depot. Spoke to useless customer service operator, who informed us we would get a call when parcel was ready, next day. When I didn't get call...I rang...sorry you had to call UPS. Rang back...I haven't received call....sorry depot is closed. Upshot now is waiting for a call from another depot. Let them know, if we can't get our customers part which they have, customer will have to cancel their holiday bookings. Was under the impression, Star Track was in the business of delivering parcels, I suggest they give it a try.
worst service ive ever recieved took the day off work to recieve a parcel, driver decided not to ring the bell or even leave a letter in the box. I called them, they kept me on hold for 1 hour and told me they will try to resend the driver but no promises.. and thats the best they can do. they said just keep refreshing the page to see if we actually did it or not....
If I could give this no stars I would. Multiple reviews have stated that the delivery service is appalling, and it truely is. As someone that resides in an apartment complex, labeled room bells are provided, out of both times I missed my delivery, the doorbell was not rung even once. The "live tracking" is ridiculous and isn't even "live", it's a process line that updates sometimes 3-4 times per day to once per day. Making it extremely difficult to even track the order, defeating its whole purpose and contradicting itself. By the end I had to drive myself to the depot myself and pickup my order. A delivery service that doesn't deliver. Although whilst the service is fast, the parcel itself doesn't go from point A to B it goes from A, barely to B then gets dropped off at C. Where the customer must end up going to, to pickup their own delivery.
