We recently used the services of Starcut Flowers to provide decorations for our wedding. They were easy to work with, friendly and helpful. They worked in well with another florist that we were using for some of our flowers to make sure everything was consistent. Their table centrepieces and arch sprays were lovely. Anything I needed to provide they worked with me to make sure I got the right products.
I recently had my Pop’s funeral and went through them The arrangements they did for his casket exceeded all expectations, they did such a beautiful arrangement, I then returned the dried flower’s to them and they rearranged it for me into a beautiful piece , they were so friendly and helpful, I can’t thank them enough

Friday, 27th Dec - every florist in Mackay was closed or not answering their phone & I was in Hobart trying to get flowers for a special birthday. I rang every one of them and then out of the blue - Monique from Starcut Flowers rang me in response to a missed call on her phone. What service. I then placed an order - special delivery all the way to Cape Hillsborough. She rang next morning to advise that my specified flowers wouldn't arrive in time but said she'd do something for me using local flowers. My trust in her choice was upheld as her selection and arrangement was magnificent. Everyone at the party agreed that the flowers were the best they'd ever seen. Thanks heaps Monique.
I do not bother to call around town, or google for Florists in Mackay. For almost 7 years, I have ONLY received remarkably friendly customer service from Starcut Flowers. My expectations are always exceeded, by the attention given to detail.
I ordered one of these guys arrangements and gift baskets online and it was absolutely beautiful , my friend rang me straight away and said how great they were, I highly recommend these guys , great local business and 30 years strong, please support these locals
