I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The tables were sticky and messy, and it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned properly. The customer service was also subpar, and the quality of the coffee itself was below the usual Starbucks standards. I couldn't find many redeeming qualities here, except perhaps that they share a parking lot with a gas station. In a city like Brisbane with so many wonderful local cafes, there's really no need to go out of your way for Starbucks.
I come here often as it's near where I live. Unfortunately it's always unclean tables never seem to get wiped over, and the staff are too busy socialising with each other to really provide the kind of service you'd expect when paying almost $10 for a cup of coffee. The woman with dreadlocks is particularly rude, just zero manners.
Delicious coffee with even better staff! Best Starbucks location, if you’re in the area I would recommend getting ur coffee fix from here!
I've been coming here for a while now and the staff are always, without fail, so kind and friendly and my fave coffee is delicious every time. I really appreciate that it's always a nice experience that makes me smile!!!!
Tuesday morning ladies were absolutely quick and friendly and the Toasted chicken caesar wrap was great! Also those were the quickest Coffees ever! Love the Caramel Machiatto!
