Starbucks-Queen Street

Centre of city on easy to find corner, just down from Queen St Mall. Ordered at counter and found table/chairs on sidewalk....on a bit of a slope, slightly wonky table. Coffee was extra hot and delicious. My friend had a Frappuccino which she said was also delicious. Service was quick considering a small line up. Pleasant place for a friendly catch up.

Coffees are fine. But unless you want some surprises in ur sandwiches/ wraps then don’t even bother with the food. Had to grab breakfast from here two days in a row for morning shifts, later on I had bad stomach cramps and turns out there was a bug in my food :

I ordered a toasted chocolate croissant but it was burnt so bad that it was uneatable. I was just surprised that they would still give it to you after seeing, well and truly that it was really burnt. I tried a few bites but it was really bad. I never give reviews but I felt like this is the worst service I have gotten in a long time.

We came here around 1.30-2pm on Sunday. I needed to queue but not for a long time. My husband got a table for us. I waited maybe 5 minutes or so for 2 coffees after I placed the order. I’m happy with my visit.

Great location, some seating space inside and some tables outside. Quick and correct service delivery. Very friendly staff.

From Hong Kong to the USA, this is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The gingerbread latte was so diluted, place is dirty and gross. Will not return, thank you.

Great location. Starbucks level coffee not great but okay.. but not bad for other drinks frappucino, frappes or iced teas. I love that the cafe opens until late especially on Friday and Saturday nights until 11pm for us to chill at in the city. Staff are always friendly when I'm there. Food though could be better and cheaper.

Went to order a Toffee Temptation Frap and it was sold out which was fine, went to try and order a different drink the Ultra Caramel Frap and it apparently isn’t available at this store which is fine but it’s advertised all over the store. All of which wasn’t an issue it was the servers attitude that really soured the experience. She clearly seemed annoyed and tired which is understandable with being busy today in store. I think if she had been a tad less annoyed I would of tried buying a different drink but after her attitude and being told 2 of the drinks I was after were not doable I left. Being a server myself in cafes I get how tiring it can be but I feel the attitude I received I did not deserve.

Rude!!!! Very rude .Starbucks is known to have an excellent customer service but didn't get any today! When your barista,who made the coffee overflowed didn't get a wipe around the cup nor didn't apologise for it is not acceptable but,i didn't mind it knowing I can get a napkin myself to wipe the sticky caramel coffee off..to my dismay there's none at the self service counter,where you can get sugar etc...so went to the barista to asked for a napkin,she was annoyed and told me to back off in which is not really necessary when I didn't even step on the line where the kitchen or storeroom is.. What she made was not even a good iced caramel macchiato,just a waste of money today

Ordered FW, but only got like half cup + 1/4 cup milk form. Coffee was too hot too drink and not taste good at all. What’s more, found ground coffee powder at the bottom.
