Consistently don't have plastic cups and considering I'm paying 10 bucks for a Venti size that isn't a true Venti in comparison to the plastic cups it feels like a total rip off. I always ask for less ice, sometimes there is push back on that however I'm not paying 10 bucks for a drink filled with ice.nnSecondly. There is a major inconsistency with the toppings. Special edition drinks such as the ginger frappe are meant to have ginger sprinkles on them. They didn't add em. Even though I asked. Unfortunately it's not the first time they have done this and it's really a overall upsetting disappointing experience.nnIt's just overall annoying that I'm paying x amount and expect everything in there yet they don't do it and you can ask but they'll make some excuse up. Annoys me as well I was told no plastic cups after paying 10 bucks like. That paper cup is lucky to be 3/4 the size of a venti plastic cup so it's a total rip off.nnI'm addition to that some customers at other stores have been getting little gingerbread cookies around their ginger christmas drink. These guys had no idea about it but I'd appreciate starbucks looking into it and seeing where I can get that.

Four girls and a boy on the shift, relatively empty store, some drive away orders.nHowever tables are piled with rubbish or breadcrumbs.nWe had to use window edges instead however that is full of ants also because of the food pieces.

I was very glad they opened the new Starbucks at Moorooka which is on the way my work. Spacious and lots of parking spots. However, the coffee tastes different everyday. I ordered same Frapuccino everyday but I think it's totally different daily base. Sometimes too plain, sometimes just right, sometimes too loose, sometimes too thick. Sometimes coffee taste too bad I don't feel like worth it for their price.  And also they prepare closing too early. They covered all bins 2hours before they close, which is so uncomfortable. Otherwise, I enjoyed. Hopefully, I want coffee tastes become more consistent, please.

What a great place. Almost new and very spacious. The staff were very friendly.nnPlenty of off road parking. When stepped inside it was nice and cool and no noise from Ipswitch Rd. Has a drive thru and free WiFi.nnWill definately pop in again.

The coffee was pretty decent but I got a donut with it for like $5 and it was maybe the worst food I’ve ever bought from a cafe, was stale and dry and just gross, makes Coles donuts seem excellent in comparison. I could not eat it.nnWould totally come back here just wouldn’t risk the food again lol
