I am writing to share feedback regarding my visit to your Starbucks Moorooka store today at approximately 5:27 am.nnI have been a regular customer at this location for over 3 years. While my experience is usually positive, there is an ongoing issue during the early morning shift with a staff member who speaks very softly and unclearly, making it difficult to hear or understand orders. This concern has been mentioned before, but unfortunately, there has been no improvement.nnI respectfully request that you please inform and guide your staff to speak more clearly and audibly, especially when communicating with customers across the counter, as this greatly affects the customer experience.nnMy intention is to provide constructive feedback so the service quality can continue to meet Starbucks standards.

Unfortunately, my experience with this business was very disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and showed little professionalism in dealing with customers. It felt as though they cared more about their own interests than providing proper service. Unless serious improvements are made in customer service and staff attitude, I cannot recommend this place.

Oops I forgot Starbucks doesn’t have coconut loaf. Luckily the customer service person didn’t get too upset with me. It was the reason I stopped.nOn major road near lots of small biz.

Really convenient place to put a Starbucks!! Opening hours are perfect too. My husband got an iced coffee and I got the pink drink!! Both tasted amazing and love how clean and tidy the store is. Also has a drive through. Will be coming back for sure

I ordered two drinks, and one of them was clearly shorted. Instead of making the proper amount, they just packed the cup with ice to cover it up. I finished it in under two minutes because there was barely any actual drink. Meanwhile, the other drink had a normal amount of ice, so the difference was obvious. For an overpriced drink, I should be getting the full amount—not a cup of ice. Really disappointing. I won’t be returning.
