Unfortunately, my experience with this business was very disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and showed little professionalism in dealing with customers. It felt as though they cared more about their own interests than providing proper service. Unless serious improvements are made in customer service and staff attitude, I cannot recommend this place.

I ordered two drinks, and one of them was clearly shorted. Instead of making the proper amount, they just packed the cup with ice to cover it up. I finished it in under two minutes because there was barely any actual drink. Meanwhile, the other drink had a normal amount of ice, so the difference was obvious. For an overpriced drink, I should be getting the full amount—not a cup of ice. Really disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Comfortable air conditioning, bright lighting, and a relatively clean toilet. Some desks have sockets for charging mobile phones or using computers, which is very convenient.
