I visited the Starbucks Moorooka location around 6:40 PM on October 9th and had an unsatisfactory experience. We ordered two drinks and a cinnamon roll, which was 50% off. When we asked to have it heated, the staff informed us that they couldn’t do that, but we decided to take it anyway.nnOur drinks were served first, but the cinnamon roll was missing. After asking about it, the staff handed it to us in a plain brown sandwich bag without a plate, cutlery, or napkins, which is unlike what I've experienced at other Starbucks locations.nnI also ordered an Iced Green Tea Latte Grande, but the cup was filled with approximately 80% ice, making the drink much smaller than expected.nnThere was still over an hour until closing time, but the staff appeared disengaged and unprofessional, sitting on the floor and chatting among themselves.

Four girls and a boy on the shift, relatively empty store, some drive away orders.nHowever tables are piled with rubbish or breadcrumbs.nWe had to use window edges instead however that is full of ants also because of the food pieces.

When someone specifically says NO Chocolate or Tiramisu and the Lady confirms that back to you you'd expect NOT to get those... then to be given the exact item you said you didn't want even after the lady said that they had all flavours available and confirmed Three times of the flavours I did not want. That's fine may have just been an accident, but then to come back the next day and order it online and specifically put No chocolate, tiramisu and no salted caramel to then be given EVERYTHING that you said you didn't want, nobody at the window mentioned that they were out of stock of any other flavours or offered to give something else when the customer has specifically said no to certain flavours so I had no idea that the flavours I had once been again given were incorrect until after we had left. $15 in total wasted because your employees are incapable of checking to make sure that what they've given is the correct item on the Order.  3 Stickers clearly stating NO, it's not that hard to read People

Really convenient place to put a Starbucks!! Opening hours are perfect too. My husband got an iced coffee and I got the pink drink!! Both tasted amazing and love how clean and tidy the store is. Also has a drive through. Will be coming back for sure

Coffee is average, almost tastes like one from a servo. Service is below mediocre. It's great to see some healthy types of salads for instance, chicken, pumpkin, quinoa, capsicum, red onion with coconut dressing, it cost me $10. They have free parking. I wouldn't recommend this cafe, unless this is the only place around and you're desperate to have a coffee. I wouldn't buy from them again.
