This was a lifesaver. Being on holiday for public holidays makes it difficult to find places to eat, and breakfast especially so. Starbucks came through, and I was very happy to pay the 12% surcharge for public holidays. The building is a beautiful, old restored building that holds no end of eye candy. The tile work on the floor kept me busy with wonder while in line... And I was able to find a solid black cup for myself that I haven't been able to find in the states!
An excellent atmosphere at this Starbucks. Enter from the front or from the rear lane way. Indoor and outdoor seats. This store is currently stocked with the Starbucks white hot chocolate product. The store is located one block to the west of Circular Quay. COVID safe practices are being observed at this location. Open from 9am to 5pm daily.
One of the best coffee shops I’ve been to. They have a great coffee style and nice food too. Highly recommend.
I'm so glad I stumbled upon this Starbucks. Amazing service by the staff - some of the best! Very friendly and timely service. Beautiful decor especially with Christmas coming up. Spacious in a gorgeous building. Delicious drinks. Thank you!
Well it is a Starbucks expensive and American coffee company but this one had super friendly service, and up for a laugh too. Heaps of space to sit, downstairs, upstairs and outside. But the best bit was the speed at which they made my coffee. Off the chain quick!!! And was totally on point with how it should taste. Well done the two who were in this Monday morning, well done.
Personally, I rarely rate chains as 5-stars, but on my latest visit to this location I left very impressed. In past visits, this Starbucks location is often prompt with friendly staff. Recall very few incorrect orders on many past trips here. Therefore, mobile ordering was used. Arriving at the Starbucks, Saturday Birch Run craziness was on full display. Therefore, I waited 15 minutes for my coffee. That said, it was VERY busy and under staffed. Although, employees handled it professionally getting each drink out as quick as possible despite a large amount of customers inside and in the drive-thru. I was thoroughly impressed by the employees professionalism, timeliness, and communication with customers on an extremely busy day.
Well located, you can wait a long time for a coffee sometimes but nice staff.Food: 3/5
Leo was pretty rude to me when I order my drink and foods. I can see how he change his behaviour depends on customer. I understand hospitality job is quite hard but I don't feel it is okay to do like that.
Didn't expect they had a branch here, atmosphere is cozy and they got nitro cold brew as well: Customer service is way much better than the one at George st. Will be back again!Food: 4/5
Very convenient location, the design of the store is very intriguing. Drinks are the normal taste of Starbucks. On the left, by the way, is Sydney's oldest pub, the fortune of war, which opened in 1828. I suggest that you can experience the atmosphere.
