Theirs two separate seating areas, I tend to go in the second room, much more room and space to sit and enjoy coffee, I had the salted pretzel hot chocolate and salted caramel brownie. Staff kept the areas clean and tidy.Service: 5/5

I ordered the new iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso and I was shocked by the way it came, I heavily regret not taking a photo! Not sure if they actually train their employees because my “shaken” drink came with three separate layers. Syrup at the bottom, oat milk in the middle and then coffee on top! I have no idea how an employee looks at a drink like that and think’s it’s okay to serve to a paying customer. I ended up throwing a substantial amount of the drink away because it was just a mess, I went to order an iced chai latte instead thinking that’s something they couldn’t mess up. As I hovered my phone over the card machine to pay the man proceeds to tell me that they have no cow’s milk, I took that as my sign to leave and left promptly…
Could not get in car park was full and nowhere else to park.

After a nice long swim, nothing beats a frapacchio with friends, the staff are friendly with a happy demeanour. Even if you just happen to be going to Bournemouth hospital you can access the Starbucks in the village.
Nice, quiet Starbucks. 4 hours free parking. Felt comfortable to breastfeed there
Quick service and the coffee is good. Love it as I work just across the way and great priced
