Oh dear!! The coffee was lovely BUT...Is it too much to ask for a smile? The place was fairly empty which was a shame as the indoor sesting area is quite good,but all the staff appeared to be more interested in the drive through customers than communicating with the customers in side??The peach and oats was lovely but eating it with a wooden spoon left a lot to be desired? The other cakes where obviously past their sell by date.....what a shame. Outside eating area was a disgrace
Me and my mum came in to this store earlier this evening around 5pm and we were delighted with the service provided by the lady behind the till who served us Aimee . She was very knowledgable and helpful and was a breath of fresh air and she made us feel very welcome. Last time we came into this store we also noticed how lovely this staff member in particular was so this time we wanted to make sure we left a review as she deserves recognition. The other lady on shift was also very pleasant Lois . Store was nice and clean too despite being busy and drinks were great as always - will be back soon!
Food is expensive tho always tastes good and for me, you just can't beat a white mocha with caramel! Would have one a day if possible. Can't comment on atmosphere as it was a drive thru altho whenever I've had coffee in a Starbucks, it's always been good.Food: 4/5
Tables were full of dirty cups and plates. Puts you off going in. They ignore indoor customers to serve the Drive Thru. Ive had to wait 10 minutes plus for drinks as if there are cars in the drive thru queue they are priorotised. Ignorant. Also find it disgraceful they are going "CASHLESS" from October 1st. What about people who rely on cash? Elderly people? Not everyone has bank accounts and not everyone can use debit cards. At least I won't be wasting £5 on a coffee anymore though. Greedy Euro Garages franchise too tight to pay for change and nowhere near as good as a real Starbucks owned shop. Ruining the brand. Another thing is I took my small extremely well behaved dog in one day as i'd seen dogs in there before but was told we had to take her outside. Yet there is a woman takes her dog in there in a doggy push chair all the time? Why is it one rule for one dog and different for others? Favouritism? Related? Staff - Customer service lacking. Bad attitude. Miserable manager. You don't get your moneys worth.
I’ve had better coffee from a instant coffee machine. £3.20 for a Terrible coffee branded as Starbucks but they offer drive-thru in current Covid climate so get an extra star. Would recommend local costa or McDonald’s for coffee in future.

Don't go to this Starbucks if you have a diary allergy they cross contaminate the milk as the lady who served me had said, which shouldn't be the case as I have visited many different Starbucks and this has never happened, They also got my husbands drink wrong and even the wrong drink didn't taste how it should We will not be returning to this Starbucks would rather travel further distance for a better made coffee and a coffee that I ordered and also not cross contaminated
Need to clear tables quicker and service a bit slow when they are having to do food, could do with another member of staff on at busier times
We often call when passing as my wife enjoys Their Brew; It is fairly quick and efficient to order, then drive right through. The Staff are Very Friendly, Whilst as Efficient as they can be; Today I met a Long Time Friend for a Chat inside, with Me. Nice and Clean with a Choice of Seating; A comfortable place to park then have a meeting!
Absolutely atrocious staff. Argumentative, we waited ages for a simple order. Eventually one of us went to enquire and were rudely told they had shouted multiple times. Total lie. It would help if customers could tell if the staff were talking to inside customers or drive through on their fancy headsets. First visit to a Starbucks and definitely the last, I may have well gone to a run down transport cafe
