Starbucks Coffee Queen St

The staff were super lovely and helpful with my decision. They also went out of their way with patience and kindness to help a customer that was actually abusing them, but they handled it extremely well.

Pretty nice environment after re-renovate. Customer Service is friendly and drink always keep average standard of Starbucks.

Def better after renovation. Doesnt smell like piss anymore and more spacious. Still wish they had a better alternative than the disolve fast paper straw or better lid for drinking without straw

They might have plant-based on the menu but don't trust the staff to give you plant-based. Triple check that your order is correct. I made that mistake and got a big bite of a meat-pie

The newly renovated shop is really great! There are also tables and stools in the waiting area, the favorite starbucks

I want to give no star but its not an option. Waited for half an hour for my green tea which does not take even 1 minute to make. Had to ask again before I eventually got it. Was even told I will get butter for my muffin but didn't get any. Horrible service. Will not go back there ever again.

Worst experience! The restroom were way disgustingly filthy than public toilets. This is unhygienic and unhealthy. Their coffee is more expensive than a fine dine restaurant in Auckland but why do we pay extra for again!?

Lots of great cabinet food and love the white chocolate mocha with coconut milk

The staff make this place extra special, always fab service with a smile under sometimes extremely busy environment, I hope they're looked after well and with the somewhat expensive prices of the coffee they should be. Highly recommended
