Coffee very nice - however when bought mug from collection charged 2.50 more than advertised price. Server said that was the old price - was under the impression they were legally obliged to sell to you at price advertised.

As a parent, this is a great spot to stop for a coffee because there is a toilet with changing table, seating you can let kids play around, and lots of yummy treats. The staff is always great too. I also like to buy coffee beans and have them ground there. Starbucks might be an eyesore for the local coffee culture, but they represent the area well with the art displayed and the people who work there.
The hot chocolate was weak, very watery. Disappointing. Cafe is also dark and felt a bit grim.

More interested in their social lives than serving customers, used to be great service and good wait times. I take my little one on a coffee date once a week and we waiting just over 15 mins for our drinks. The only reason I give it two stars is because my little one likes looking at all the different cups. But they really need to work on their service and also maintaining their social lives out of work. Yes I am being a Karen about it but having an 8 year old sit in one place for 15 mins waiting for our drinks is not fun
Very slow service and clearly lacks the "Starbucks factor". We stepped in hoping to grab a quick coffee as it was past where we were going, but the waiting was too long. Average coffee as well. Sorry
Nice coffee . The place needed a clean there was a thick layer of dust and grime on the fans above the food prep area
Great service and warm welcoming atmosphere for all, platinum grade coffee and food definitely worth coming here for brunch or a small work function. try the white chocolate mocha frappe personally I love everything about Starbucks. 5 stars.
