This Starbucks offers quick service, and it is convenient to have a drive-through option. The store is generally clean, and the food is satisfactory. Here's a tip: if you add enough sugar to any bad coffee, it ends up tasting good. I usually have black coffee with no sugar, but I found that adding a lot of sugar improved the taste to my liking.
Their drive through service might be fabulous but they need to take care of the actual customer who orders in store. Ordered one coffee to go with some takeaway treats...15 minutes later was still waiting after realising that someone who ordered after me, with a more complicated order had received theirs. WILL NOT BE RETURNING...
Updates from Saturday 5th October I decided to came in againand saw so wonderful professional and great supported for my deaf and finally got through my birthday gift card to ordered what I want for ordered so much better. I want to say massive THANKYOU to the manager and few staff did wonderful jobs and shows respect.. I gave them full stars!!!nnThankyou so much again and followed up too. Hope they still working same all the time not the people from last weekend.nnHere’s what happened Saturday 28th September that I’ve posted about last weekendnnI was so very disappointed with the whole staff are so rude at the Starbucks service in Brendale.nnA lady doing the front register when I ordered coffee and she showed rude attitude when I told her that I am DEAF and I used my phone for COMMUNICATION about which coffee I like and I gave her my birthday gift card and she was saying nope it’s not worked and tell me off to use my card to pay on my own money? I told her that’s still $30 in gift card. She mad face at me. She didn’t even check up!!! Horrible lazy woman!!! Why??nnAnd also when I waited for my coffee served - another lady purple hair and piercing face was so rude when she put drinks to push away without tell when they are ready and she was walked away.. I told her I am deaf and need to know which is my coffee? She was cranky face at me?nnWhat the HELL wrong with people at Starbucks because they are so rude and cranky people… they aren’t respect my deaf because I can’t hear and had no idea why. And they ruined my birthday treats!! Stuff them!! I won’t ever go there until they need fix their attitude issues!!! SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!nnHorrible service ever I seem!!
My partner purchased a coffee from Starbucks at Brendale drive through. He brought it home and I didn’t drink it straight away. I went to take the top off to reheat and image how surprised I was to find I had half a cup!
Today I got told we can't use their facility unless we purchase something there when we were just having lunch after we had gotten subway for lunch, mind you we do sometimes purchase coffees and food from here before. I needed more adequate seating for myself and my disabled client at the time when we had limited time to eat and the subway doesn't have covered seating/air-conditioning for my client who is easily affected by the temperature. We had never had a issue before this for over a year of coming to this complex and we felt we were being discriminated against while the whole shop was empty woth maybe 2 other customers. Everytime we visit we had always cleaned up after ourselves every time and never disturbed anyone around us.nPretty disappointing treatment especially from my own personal experience being a manager at KFC for over 10 years to have been spoken to like this. Poor customer service.
