Drove into this place with light dirt and was told the price of a wash, but i would have to pay double if I wanted them to wash it harder as he said the dirt wouldn't come off. When i wiped the mark he was talking about with my finger it came off and he told me to trust him they wouldn't come off. This place is a joke, it was the second chance I gave them, the first I asked them to remove some chewy which had stuck to the car and they put permanent scuff marks in it. Should have done the job myself or taken it somewhere reputable, a shame as the car wash is convenient when shopping. Northland need to remove these people and add a decent washing service. I would rate them minus stars if I could.

Dropped off car as I am selling so I thought what more than give her a clean. Car was already clean as it had just had a service two days ago. Paid for the interior package which was $175, included wash on outside. I can still see dirt and tar on the bottom sill panels and underneath the wheel arches. I pay for a service, I expect a clean car. Nothing but laziness. Rain alone could do a better job. Do not go here, instead pay you neice or nephew, Im sure they would do a better job.

Not good, avoid this place. They don’t clean everything they say they will under each ‘package’ and do a poor job of everything that appears they ‘attempted’. Ended up having to re-do most of it myself. Don’t waste your money or time.

Absolute waste of money. They made me pay $75 for a “polish” when I just wanted the outside washed. There is no $75 option on their prices and it should have only been $45 as advertised. Terrible job and there is dirt still all over the car. When I asked for a tax invoice he had to make an “open order” (custom option) because it didn’t exist in their system! So dodgy. Avoid.

Disgusting service! Most of Interior still filthy after i went back the second time in 1 day! Never EVER again! My 4 year old could have done a better job!
