An amazing experience !!! The room was so clean with a beautiful view!!! The manager mr. Mario made the stay so much more welcoming and helped us with everything and we would honestly go back just for him! we have never met a more helpful and caring manager and he made our stay perfect !!
It was Very awesome, once i was in. Very strict on letting people in. Not just me, also felt very judged while trying to get let in with all the questions.. but once inside the place was amazing. Just wished table service was faster for the drinks. But so many games to pick from.
I'm not a gambler at all, but the Star still has nice bars like Rocklily, and it's an immense and beautiful building just to walk around. It's an experience for sure. I feel a bit sorry for all the gamblers though, house always wins.
Pay for a featured event and not told of time limit and kicked out disgusted!!! I understand covid times and all however since when has communication not been a common decency.
Was lovely, staff were very helpful. The only down was the room was a little dusty for the King suite... 4.5 stars at best
The food court is fully open now. I personally like the offerings arms the quality of the food is superb. Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, American, a drugstore and a cafe. The only thing I'd love for it to have but doesn't is an outdoor area. The dining area is quite dark, so I don't like it very much to sit there to eat.
