Terrible car wash. My car was literally still dirty after the wash- bits of dirt were still on the car. Not only that, water stains on all mirrors.. dirt and dust remain where they “vacuumed”. The guy didn’t even wait for me to look at the car. And when he saw me wanting to talk to him when I saw the dirt, he promptly walked away. Didn’t press any further because I was in a hurry and who knows whether it’d even be worth waiting for another wash. Do not waste your time and money on this.

Awful customer service. Pushy to get the keys out of my hands. Didn’t clean the inside as requested. Left polish to dry on the roof which left white streaks across my black roof that I had to then wash off my self. My drivers seat was pushed all the way back and my passenger seat all the way forward. My protective mats were moved and not secured again and they only tyre shined the right hand side of my car. Absolutely rubbish waste of $60. Will not be going back.

My friend, Chinese lady 29 yo payed $180 cash, would not accept credit card. Her boot space was left soaking wet, with her bag also soaking wet, and 3 cigarettes left out of a nearly full packet. To hear my friends disappointment is heart breaking. I will make a formal Complaint.

Terrible service and attitude. Paid for the Premium wash - was meant to include cleaning all the consol - so much dust was left it was visible. Didn't clean any of the doors or leather either. Waste of $60 - will not go again!
