I've been years going to this restaurant, and I've been more than ten times there. I've always had wonderful experiences. There is a big variety of food. My favourite always is the sushi train.
Apart from the fantastic feeling of being back in a buffet completely unassisted for the first time in early two years, I was blown away by the quality and variety of food. With such reasonable prices too $31 on a Saturday night, I’ll definitely be back!
Would definitely NOT advise anyone going here, and if my review saves people the disappointment and money experiencing it for themselves, then it's worth writing. If you are after quantity and not quality, then by all means, put yourself through it. However, if you are after beautiful tasting well cooked food, spend your money at a nice restaurant and enjoy the food you are paying for. I know each to thier own, but I don't get the good reviews raving how good it was. Foods food to some people I guess Dried out, tough, over cooked or old food was not my expectations, and if I could have given a zero star rating I would have.
Not too bad. Spacious and dividers in the room so you didn’t feel like you were sitting in a large canteen or food hall. Didn’t get around to trying everything but: PROS: sushi train, taro, dumplings, Asian food lots of other food I didn’t have room to try, chocolate fountain, biscuits, panacotta, CONS: dessert, prawns small, coffee, soft serve ice cream, would’ve preferred the usual apple crumble with scooped ice cream
Very good experience in Penrith restaurant. Sushi bar is fresh and I can also taste fresh salmon. The dessert is absolutely nice. Valued for money and will be back.
We arrived as they opened at 11:30. The queue was short & the staff were nice and proactive with cleaning. The food was below room temperature from the moment they opened. The roasts were decent, the 'Asian' section left much to be desired, and the dessert section was pretty good. I didn't dislike the experience completely but I likely wont return anytime soon.
Great variety of food and,m there are signs clearly labelling the different where all the different types or food are. I wouldn't go in to late for lunch as you may experience a,dish not being hot but I think that may not be anyone's,fault. Prawns I hated,as they are clearly the cheap overseas ones and I was,dissapointed in the seafood section as there was just a mixed mosh if odd salads which were not to me,sea food besides the prawns I couldn't eat. There are plenty of clean tables to eat at and staff don't leave uses dishes very long at your table which is good. Unfortunitly there isn't anything nice about the look of the dinning area so I defiantly would only go as it's,a reasonably priced place to eat.
Good value for money. Kids Friendly. I love the waffles! Covid19 safe. Not too crowded even on a Sunday.. Friendly staff. Highly recommend
Impressed with the food, all yummy, lots of variety. Not impressed with the staff allowing those with cash in before everyone else that had been lined up for ages waiting.
Birthday dinner with the family. Was super impressed with the new robots bringing food out to the buffet when it needed refilling, even when it was packed full of people. Great food tooFood: 5/5
