Told after 10 years of being a client that I had to find a new accounting firm as my work was "no longer profitable". This is pretty pretty ironic considering the Stannards slogan is "Business Partners for Life". The relationship went south when I asked for a detailed breakdown of hours spent on my account and they could not easily provide it. I was told that I was "being a dick" by one of the partners when I insisted on seeing it so I could better understand my invoice. Plenty of other options out there. Don't waste your time with Stannards.

Stannards have provided outstanding service to our start up business - Bike Chaser - and also some personal family accounts. They go above and beyond their 'monthly rates' to ensure we get assistance on ad hoc accounting and financial requirements that pop up from time to time. Cameron

The team at Stannards have brought game changing business advice, leadership and a rockstar team to the table for my business. Cannot speak more highly of Jason Wall, Peter Angelini, Sean Roberts, Fabian Lapolla and Marino Angelini. Looking forward to a ripping future team.

Arrogant and Useless: These guys think they can charge like Deloitte and offer a substandard 'boutique' service with layers upon layers of review where each accountant chargers an hourly rate. $450 p/h for a mandatory partner review! When you question them about costs and where they allocated their time they get defensive and make you feel like you shouldn't. Their record keeping is terrible and their advice is non existent. They constantly make serious mistakes which will cost you thousands in back taxes and retirement benefits. This is just a big crooked family business that services shabby used car dealers in Melbourne. Stay away.

Jason, Sean and the team at Stannards are like having a pair of own in-house CFO's. They understand what it's like to run businesses. They are professional and a pleasure to work with.
