Not the best coffee. Black coffee is consistently either under or over extracted, and milk coffee is very iffy- over half of the time it’s faaar too hot. Coffees come out fast, which is great for a uni. But I think quality suffers as a result.
Best coffee on the melbourne uni campus. A strong flat white yielded a perfectly balanced tonka nutty base with a very present ripe berry front. Milk to coffee ratio was perfect, temp was perfect around 60°c on a cold morning. Milk texture was tight and creamy. Spot on team.
