I had my Hen's High Tea at the Stamford Grant North Ryde. We had an excellent high tea, excellent service and it was a great space! Our waitress was fantastic. They served gluten free as well, and it was prepared beautifully! We couldn't have been happier with this experience! Thank you so much!
Most unorganised hotel I've ever been in. First time in Sydney and I didn't know what was far or close to the city so I found this cheap hotel and Stamford being Stamford I booked this hotel. Got to the hotel and they sent me to a room that was getting fixed which was really irritating because we were tired from our flight. Family and I booked 3 rooms with all pre-paid buffet breakfast and they kept insisting we haven't paid for it when we have the hard copy of the receipt in our hands. They still tried charging us as we were about to check out and nearly missed our flights because of it. I don't know if it's a normal thing for them to do because most of the guests are Korean tourists but it's really bad. The hotel itself needs a few things fixing. I personally would not recommend it to anyone.
nice facilities, ambiance especially the the restaurant in the lobby. I espically liked their service as they were helpful in arranging luxury limo for me right at the door. Considering the pricing the hotel felt very plush. the best bit, as a gesture they let me do very late checkout. Overall very nice and pleasant experinece all round. Definitely would recommend to anybody.
