Been here three times. We have only ordered the Medium bucket C each time and once added fresh clams as an appetizer. Tried cajun hot seasoning which was a bit salty for my preference but husband enjoyed it. Also tried garlic butter hot seasoning which was delicious! Snow crab and shrimp were cooked perfectly and service was on point for all visits. Husband really liked the fresh clams too. Appreciate the hand washing station!
This place has amazing seafood! My wife and I ordered the Large bucket, raw oysters, and scallops. Each item was fresh and cooked perfectly. The large bucket was more than enough for us. It could feed 3-4 people easily. They had a good selection of sauces and spice levels. The prices were also resonable for what you get and the amount. I highly recommend going here instead of Fattys Tap House a place nearby for seafood. My wife is cautious with raw bars, so we were glad the oysters were very fresh and great quality.
We ate here today for lunch. The waitress was very friendly and attentive- so I give her service a 5 star. The reason for the 2 star overall is because of the quality of the boiled crabs. I’m from Louisiana and I understand that I’m not going to get Louisiana in Virginia, but they definitely missed the mark all around. We ordered 1/2 dozen blue crabs, 1/2lb snow crab, 1/2lb dungenous crabs, 1lb of boiled shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage. We ordered everything “Cajun hot”. When I seen they had the ketchup/mayo dip we make in Louisiana I had high hopes that a Cajun was in the kitchen. The shrimp, potatoes and corn were ok. ALL of the crab were mushy, the shells were soft like they may have sat in water too long, the shells stuck to the crab meat. The flavor was fine- but the crabs weren’t really edible. We were refunded for the snow crab. Our bill was still over $70- which wouldn’t bother me at all if the crab weren’t mushy. A lady did come out and speak with us about the quality- hopefully they take the constructive criticism and change the way they boil/soak. Just for reference- We are not those people that complain at restaurants- I can’t remember ever complaining.
We really enjoyed our visit to this new restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of seafood options from Seafood boils with mix and match seafood choices along with choice of sauce and spice level. Fried Seafood basket. They didn't have their liquor license yet but offer Coke products.
Cajun wings are very good. MediumD juicy bucket medium heat. Cajun fries delicious. This little spot tucked away is a gem on date night. Thank you
My family and I had dinner 25 July 2022. My first impression walking in was very clean establishment and all smiles on their faces. They could do a bit more construction to open their floor up. There is a sense of a fast food layout. I don't know what was there before. The food was put in a timely manner. It was well seasoned hot. The amount on food was fairly priced. I got the C bucket with Cajun season at a medium spicy level. I would say they hit the mark on that. I do know when you get into spice levels,this will always be opinion based, but I think it was spot on. Our server was friendly and checked on us routinely over the dinner. If the owners swe this, ease check your menu, you have show crab legs instead of snow crab legs in several spots on the menu. I am curious as to where the seafood comes from and how much if any is locally purchased.
Surprised to see Ryan from another restaurant. Their loss is juicy buckets gain. He’s great with customers and is on his game. So happy to see him here. His first day and our first time here. He was helping K and she was just as good. Ask for either you can’t go wrong. Food was awesome too.
We so happy to have “JUICY BUCKET” in Stafford area. All seafood very fresh and the sauce very testy. The service very excellent. The place very clean. Everything was excellent Thank you for excellent service.
Never order from this restaurant on the Doordash app. They barely gave you any food, and missing the cajun fries and it costs $20. When we called they said it was our mistake for choosing the substitute option coleslaw instead of fries?, so we didn’t got our food and was charged extra $6.50 for a tiny cup of coleslaw that didn’t taste good at all, definitely not worth the money we thought the coleslaw was a side order. Then told us to contact Doordash on our own to figure it out… Not only that but we also feel like we barely got any food from them, maybe it’s better to eat at the restaurant than to order online. We spent $80 and went to bed hungry :
I ordered for the first time and was very disappointed when I received my salad. The price of the house salad that didn't have anything but lettuce and croutons was not worth $9.50 but more like $4.00. I will not recommend anyone to order the salad.
