I was very pleased by the customer service by Brenda, she went above and beyond my expectations. Because of her service, I would use STA Travel again. I had a lot of questions and she had no problems answering all of them with no trouble and with a smile.

Don't expect any help when things go wrong with your flight. Not a true agency.
The airlines kept changing their departure times. STA worked really hard behind the scenes to make sure we could keep to our original travel schedule and we managed to get an upgrade .... all for a Boxing Day departures. Thankyou STA.
Poor service. Spoke to an agent there who was more involved in looking pretty than providing options. She barely answered any questions. Her responses were mono syllabic..go there only if you want the brochures ...
