Ordered an assortment of pastries and sourdough bread to reach $40 for free delivery. Highly recommend their sourdough and fruit bread. Plain croissant and chocolate croissants was also great, rich and flaky. Almond croissant was tasty but the praline in the middle was too runny and would leak everywhere when I cut it in half. Will be ordering again for their sourdough and croissants.
Great coffee. Super friendly staff. Cosy quiet little spot. Great music. Croissant was nice, but not the best I’ve had. Sorry guys. Ten points on the rest of the stuff on offer. Very little for the GF people. Look else where for this. But it’s a bakery, so go figure. But this place I would definitely recommend for a stop off and a coffee. Maybe a quick bite. 3.5 rounded up to 4.
Bacon and egg roll was crispy and the brioche bread was perfect. I had the vege roll avocado, slaw, haloumi, and egg on brioche and it all worked so well. Best vege roll I've had in a long time. Also make sure you try their coffee. All for a very good price
I ordered sourdough bread and croissants from St Malo Bakery. They were fresh and great in taste. Hope they serve to retail customer even after pandemic.
Purchased pickup a couple of times direct from the wholesale bakery in Hornsby. The staff answering the door at the bakery are always nice to deal with when bringing out your order. Their sourdough bread and olive & rosemary cob are AMAZING. I've also tried their assortment of cakes and almond croissants - seriously YUM. I'll be a repeat customer for the foreseeable future.
This is a great spot for breakfast with so much variety on the menu. It's a little on the pricey side but portions are very generous. We loved the King's and Queens' breakfast and the coffee is really good too. Their bread is just ace, be sure to get some to take away and enjoy at home!
Great feel when we grabbed a brunch and a breakfast with our son. He ordered the big breakfast and we ordered sourdough raisin toast. The breakfast had a good range of food all very tasty. The coffee was well made for both orders.
The best bread in town. The croissant is amazing and the baguettes are very crunchy
Went here for brunch only to realise that this isn't really a brunch place. Their menu looks good enough but the dishes were very plain and quite flavourless. Even the sourdough was a bit of a letdown. The bakery selection looked good though and coffee was nice.
Overrated. Café seating a bit strange. Seems to do OK on weekends but very noisy inside. Staff seem often rather confused about takeaway and dine-in offerings. They do reasonable sweets but quality of their pricey pies continues to deteriorate. Now they all are almost inedible and seem to have an overall taste of flour not meat or chicken at all. Horrible. No good at all and now overpriced at nearly $7 each for a takeaway pie. I suggest you look elsewhere. UPDATE: Has suddenly closed down.
