Stopped by for dessert to go. Fairly quiet, so service was quick and easy. Great selection of ice cream, good dessert selection. It does what it says in the name!
I had a great experience at St Louis Ice Cream & Desserts Hyde Park. The desserts were delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, making it easy to find something you’ll enjoy. The ice cream was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, and the presentation was very appealing. The atmosphere was nice and perfect for a casual visit. While everything was enjoyable, there is still a little room for improvement in overall service and speed. That said, I would definitely come back again!
Terrible experience. We waited over an hour for our food. First order was cancelled on the app with no notification, only for us to realise 20 minutes later. Went to check and apparently the cookies had run out keep in mind it was 7:30. Decided to order the fondue for two. Waited 40 minutes. Once again decided to check downstairs. Line was super slow and workers not addressing customers. Was told the receipts weren’t printing so they were writing them down now., meaning they hadn’t started our order 40 minutes later. We finally received our order with no disclosure that there was no milk chocolate left and were greeted with dark chocolate which we both did not want when we paid $35. The bananas were also bruised and inedible. Really disappointed, deserve a refund.
We came in for a late lunch and gelato. The team was super welcoming and friendly. We absolutely loved the mushroom and cheese toastie. The buttery bread was amazing. We also loved the biscoff and toffee gelatos. Will definitely be back next time to try their hot chocolates!
One of my all time favourite dessert spots. Open all day til late, it is reliable, convenient and a huge array of sweet options of such high quality.nI love the atmosphere of this venue, the two story cosiness just hits different.nI'm keen to check out their savoury items took!
