Attended the Anzac Day Dawn Service. First time at this one and it was a lovely local ceremony without the crowds and parking headaches associated with other places. Well done to the local organisers. I'll be back next year.
This park is an excellent venue for watching sporting events. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the day I visited, the pitch was being readied for a cricket match. Whether you’re into sports or not, the park offers a pleasant experience. Sports fans will love it, and for those less interested in sports, there are plenty of benches to sit on while enjoying a cappuccino and a sandwich.
The park is okay for a casual visit. There's ample space to relax and unwind. The trees provide good shade. Unfortunately, the public restrooms weren't very clean.
This is a lovely park to watch sporting events. This park was also the starting point for the marathon in the 2000 Olympics. Kudos to my chiro, Andrew who works in the building for that information.nThe grounds here are very well kept and on the day that I visited it looked as if the pitch was being prepared for a cricket match.nIf sport is your thing then the park is well with a visit, if not then grab a cappuccino and a sandwich and sit on one of the many benches surrounding the park.
Colour run out door cinema massive park so much for all!! Alcohol aloud in this park
