There is not enough support/assistance for the residents.  Rental tenants paying council rates which is disgraceful!  Over  the past few years this place has been going downhill :

Friendly and helpful Case Managers, dedicated to making a difference... Now recommending Konnekt Videophone to socially isolated clients.

Property Manager breached and Abused myself and now know elderly clients.

I dont have to worrie about my mum.
