I had my window smashed and car broken into recently. Allianz organised for me to get my window and window frame fixed by St Kilda Village Repairs. Scott was outstanding to deal with. He was very empathetic to the situation. And made the whole process a lot easier. I got my car back today, which was done quicker than expected, and it has never looked better, both inside and out. I love the repair and clean up the guys did for our Honda Jazz. It had a couple of car park scrapes and some faded paint finish on front panels.
