We visited today and have visited a few years ago. Both of which times were nothing but exceptional experiences. The staff were amazing right from the lovely receptionists to the nurses and the doctors. They were all professional, compassionate and made my children as well as myself feel relaxed and cared for. Highly recommend! Definitely worth the fee to be seen urgently. It was super busy but they were working hard to attend to all the patients and provide the best care possible. We are so thankful to all of the staff for their incredible services.
I had an appointment today which was at 10.15 am. The secretary told me there were 3 people in the cue before me. I accepted and waited. After half an hour the secretary told me there were 2 people in the cue that I accepted again. After an hour the secretary told me there were still two people in the cue. I was very disappointed and angry as I had other commitments to do. They said that while they were very neutral like they didn't care about me. My results are still there and I'm not going to go there any more. Now by reading their reviews I understand why I shouldn't go there as they're not worth it.
Rose is the most amazing nurse I’ve ever encountered! I was extremely worried about the healing of my procedure, she reassured me and was so informative. She was so caring and compassionate regarding my situation. Rose went above and beyond, making sure I felt comfortable and supported at every step. She truly is one of the best nurses out there.
Took our daughter 7mo to urgent care on New Years Day. Seen straight away and the staff were amazing. We spent 40 minutes there from start to finish. An awesome service.
Wow what can I say, from the warm welcoming greeting at reception to the nurse, so efficient and kind and the lovely doctor by the name of Allan we saw yesterday 5th Nov wish i got all the names as they all deserve recognition absolutely brilliant so much care and compassion, we were seen to immediately! I can not thank you enough for helping my son, he was in a bit of a state but he felt so calm and comfortable in your presence. Thank you for listening and taking the time to figure out what was wrong and giving me the advise and medication for him to get better especially after being dismissed from the previous doctor I had taken him too. Keep doing what you are doing, what a fabulous service you provide! Thank you again!....
