If you love your family member, DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR ST JOHNS!!! Speaking from experience...these people treat their staff horrendously. I am really surprised a giant class action unfair dismissal has not yet occurred. My sister has a disability and a considerable funding package to resource regular carers with her. Unfortunately, the staff turnover is so high due to ridiculous sackings (even over turning up to work early) that my sister went about a year without having any regular workers. Imagine needing someone to care for you and having a stranger every day. I cannot begin to tell you the stress this put her and my family through. St Johns just tried to shut us up for 18 months and we will never again use them. 
On further investigation talking to staff, familys and other disabled people, they have been paying off people with their church funded cash to stay quiet on major abuse n neglect issues. Disabled people have gone to hospital numerous times from overdosing done by incompetent management and undertrained staff. These people are so backwards that they even apparently have an anti abortion policy. The board, chairman and managers here are sick, careless disgraces of people who should be shutdown. If you want more horrendous stories just talk to any of the carers or familys. It's shockin that they all have the same experiences with these mugs! This place needs to be shut down before someone dies, let alone making the lives of disabled people absolutely miserable. A lot of families are moving to the better organisations in the area and have already been surprised at the major difference other joints provide.
