Don't know who this lady is below and her comments towards this company , but have always had expeditional service from the team in rockdale.

Terrible service ever! The locksmith lied to the person who called him that the landlord (myself) will reimburse the whole cost without acknowledging me the full cost. Also I only said I will pay for the lock fee, not the call to service fee and opening the door fee. The boss spoke rudely to my lawyer and refused to provide the locksmith's license number. There's no way for me to know whether he was a real locksmith or someone without a license. (I couldn't post without hitting a star, I would like to give 0 star)

Very happy with the work done by Thomas, a difficult job on an old metal screen door but he persisted. Was also happy with the fee, good value for money.
