At 9:50pm I took my car through the auto wash, I payed $18 for a deluxe wash and the new sprayer burster the lining on my sunroof and filled my car with water, I am verry pissed at this, I have washed my car multiple times on my own and other places and these sprayers soaked my new leather and cotton seats and violently sprayed myself and my partner with high pressureed water that was rather painful and I can't even get the slippery soap out of my, my brand new Sony head unit I payed $300 for a few days ago is destroyed!!!

Not enough soap. Brush has a knot in the brissles which would have damaged duco. When asking a man there about it he said that it still had plenty of height and they were $100 each. I said my car duco is worth more and he said it was up to me whether i used it or not. Such customer service!
