Nice temple to experience bliss and pray peacefully
It was a great pleasure to visit the mandir away from home and felt blessed.nnThe place is serene and near to city yet at the calm location to feel the power of divinity.nnThe Hindu community in Canberra visits the temple and worship there.nnA Godly environment definitely at the Mandir!
i live near this temple. 5 days a week their cooking smells are so pungent it seeps into my house no matter what i do.nnit’s really frustrating how strong their cooking smell is. it is strong enough to make your entire house smell like someone else’s cooking;nnit is so strong that it seeps into my bedding fabric, i wake up in the morning and my house smells terrible, i go to sleep at night and my house smells terrible.nni have spent money on door stoppers and fans to keep the smell out but nothing works.nni personally find this extremely inconsiderate and low class
I love coming to this temple. Today I had the weirdest encounter with the cashier sitting at the entrance of the temple. He was an old man, I was very respectful in the beginning of our conversation, but he became so rude to me because I forgot to pay for Diya. It slipped from my mind, but he reminded me so rudely, and said bad things about the place I came from. Such kind of people don’t deserve to stay in temple. He mentioned that he is from Mumbai. Don’t talk to this man, he is such a rude, ungrateful person, especially in the temple where we treat everyone with respect and kindness.nnOn the other hand, rest of the people are very kind and I’m very thankful to them for maintaining the peace and harmony in the temple
A serene, quite and peaceful Hindu temple in Mawson. Very good place for worship. They do Satyanarayan Pooja on every Poornima day in the evening at 6 PM. There are quite a few other poojas and offerings that happen regularly. You can also check with the priest for special poojas and Havans you wish to do.
