I couldn't rate the team at South East highly enough! These guys will look after you from start to finish, and deliver an awsome product! I couldn't be happier with the finish and the customer service I received working with these guys!
Dropped off 4 alloy wheels, and 1 centre from another set of wheels, for sandblasting at South East Superior Coatings at 8am on a Wednesday morning. Was told they would be done by Friday, possibly even that day. They said they would call me when the wheels were ready for pickup. Well I didn't hear anything by Friday afternoon so I went round there at about 4pm. The shop was closed and my wheels were sitting outside, on the ground, in the rain, in exactly the same place I'd left them on the Wednesday morning see photo. Which also meant they would then continue to sit there, all weekend, out in the open and unattended, and in plain view from the street. Now I'm not going to say that these wheels are worth a fortune, but they ARE absolutely irreplaceable. Made in the early 1980s in Japan, they are extremely rare, so I don't appreciate them being left outside for someone to just take. What would happen if they got stolen? How is South East Superior Coatings going to replace them? Impossible. I'd be out one full set of rare wheels, and also left with an incomplete and therefore useless second set. So after a weekend of worrying about them being stolen, I went back first thing Monday morning after they'd opened. I just walked in, picked up my wheels, and walked out. I saw staff around but no one said anything, no one stopped me. Just proves my point. Customer's parts can be easily stolen from their premises. 4 days later, on the Thursday afternoon, I get a call from them. 4 days!! It took them that long to realise my wheels were no longer sitting by the front door of their office. Appalling. Meanwhile I'd already taken them to another sandblasting place, where they were done that day, AND it was cheaper, AND they called me when they were ready! Imagine that...
I took my 21 year old wheels into SESC after having a less than pleasant experience elsewhere. Needless to say I was already on edge. They worked with me, allowing me to take home after blasting and sand out the damage the first crowd had done. The final finish was beautiful , in fact SUPERIOR as their name suggests. Thanks SESC
4wd Bulbar sandblasted and recoated. Great finish. Good quality work. Best price that I could find. Took a little while to get done 3 weeks total, but they did quote that time frame, so no stress or surprises. Overall happy with their service!
I'm a regular user of their services. I've been to a few places that were also good but SESC have the best prices and always do great work.
