Situated at the top of the Northside Express chairlift, experience mouth-watering Iron Maiden Smokehouse BBQ then stay for Après.We base our menu around what we cook, ‘low and slow’. There’ll be beef brisket, pulled pork burgers, house made sausages, delicious chickens and an array of tasty vegetables. We supplement all that with delicious pickles, sauces and salads. Amazing views, lovely staff, and tasty food. We all had the baked sweet potato and baked beans, which were great. Only downside was that it came out a little cold, but we didn't mind. So happy to find that there were vegan options available on the mountain! Dietary restrictions: Vegan options
Amazing venue with the best views on the mountain! Recommend the beef brisket, sweet potato and the potato tots! Staff were very helpful. The cocktails were yummy too and only $14 at happy hour! Loved the water boy! Thanks spurs
Super inconsistent, one day it's OK the next there is no staff, filthy tables and overflowing bins. Never know if the kitchen will be serving, no rhyme or reason to when it's open, as basic as Spurs was before the revamp, at least you could get a meal. Too much gone into trying to create a vibe instead of customer service and good food. Some staff in restaurant section show complete contempt for customers, especially the day trippers. Cafe is good but today the line is 20 deep and only 2 staff trying to deal with the rush.
Food is tasty but a little more variety in the restaurant would be nice. Friendly helpful staff. Have visited many times in the season.
We have been coming to Mt buller for years and we love the face lift Food is fantastic, staff are incredibly attentive and accommodating. Always greeted with a friendly face and the service is super quick. Limited seats but worth the wait when you snag one. Thank you team SPURS
Best on mountain! Lunch venue that offers authentic, freshly smoked meats in their massive, on site, Iron Maiden smoker! Vego options too, just ask! Kitchen is 11-2 but they have a cafe offering in a separate section of the venue that offers food and booze too. Highly recommend the beef brisket and Mac and cheese.. heaven is a place on mountain Weather permitting, they flip to an après bar with DJs on the deck from 3 until sunset. Grab yourself a “Waterboy” cocktail, you won’t regret it ;
Very overpriced, terrible quality food and rude staff. There was obviously a decision from upper management to offer the cheapest, lowest quality food for the highest possible prices they could get away with. Total rip off
Best party place to hang out in snow
Incredible view, friendly and accommodating staff and the best pulled pork I've even been blessed to try Would absolutely recommend to any and all out on the slopes.
