I did this review based on my experience taking into account I purchased one carrot and a bag of sour lollie mix. Staff appeared friendly but didn’t like me trying to do videos for a google review hence kept following me around the store. Fruit and veg appeared fresh by appearance but would be on the edge of ripe or just over ripe. Price wise I did some comparisons against the big two spud shed are either just a little more expensive or just a little bit cheaper on groceries.
Went to Spudshed Baldivis last night with my son I go at night because he doesn’t like been around other people much It makes him anxious..i went and got milk from the back fridge and was saying hello to an employee she is a Supervisor that works there at night we always say hello to her every time we go there at night she has always been very polite and very nice to my children.. was I was talking to her saying hello I heard someone yelling from behind me, I turned around and another employee Natalie was yelling and threatening the employee I was talking to Rachel Which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and also upset my son..nThere’s a time in place for everything not in front of customers thank you Rachel for keeping my son calm he was extremely nervous and upset and didn’t know what was going on he wanted to leave the store and go home From the yelling, threatening and confrontation From The other employee, Natalie.. extremely unprofessional now my son doesn’t want to go back to Baldivis Spudshed because He’s too nervous from the confrontation last night.nThen the employee that was yelling took it outside into the car park and continue to yell and abuse The supervisor Rachel.. Extremely Unprofessional. I won’t be taking my son With me again as he was uncomfortable and doesn’t want to go back to that store with me as I reassured him it’s ok and it it won’t happen again..nnAfter buying the milk at Spudshed last night and using it this morning for breakfast, After my children drink half the carton already we realised it had mould in the bottom of the milk carton so you might want to check the rest of The milk in the fridge at Spudshed because my children drank milk from a Carton that had mould in it
When I heard the Spearwood Spudshed was open. I just have to look if it is all as good as other Spudshed. All is good. As always, you find some pretty good bargains. Always enjoy their greens and some beef are pretty good.nnParking and staff are always friendly and work hard. Keep up the good work, Tony and all the staff and family etc.
Update: Once again attempted uber eats delivery out of desperation so my kids have lunch in their lunchbox. I even noted this time to please make sure fruit and veg looks nice otherwise my child won't eat it. So what do I receive rock hard avocados rock hard green mangoes rock hard green bananas and half of a white watermelon. So now I have not much food to put into my kids lunchboxes after all. Even the basil stinks like it's gone bad and has brown leaves.nnUpdate: still no improvement on answering the phone! I think it is extremely important that someone answers the phone for many reasons. I'm amazed the amount of times I have called and not once have I been answered nor a call back.nnSilly me keeps using uber eats and time and time again I am disappointed, unfortunately I keep using it because I am working and my partner works away on the mines so it's hard to get there with my kids sometimes. Anyways purchased mango and avocados 1 week on and they are pretty much hard as rocks still uber eats shopper picked these still hard but 1 now rotten. Needed grated cheese for my daughters lunch today and apparently they didn't have the one I selected nor the replacement so I tried to call through to say please can I just get any grated cheese but of course no answer.nnOld review:nnNever answer their phone, have ordered again and something I'm sure is on there shelf is said not to be through uber eats and always seems to be the item I very much need and reason I ordered through uber eats because I can't get there, so once these 7 kids waiting for their pancakes get picked up today I'll go down and check if my item really isn't in stock.nn26 Jan UpdatennGosh lucky they are the only 24 hour place and that my partner works away otherwise I'd not keep doing this to myself! But why oh why cant they just sell fruit and veg that isn't going bad! Last night's delivery I now mould cherry tomatoes! Last time it was shrivelled tomatoes this time mouldy!
