Only Australian law likes you but none of the customers that you are actually dealing with. No wonder why the business is not doing well. So shame to see someone refuse to refund a few dollars and lose lots of business
great place to get the parts and advice from the nice guys that work there.
Surprisingly large store with a good range of products. Decent prices that compare favorably with their competitors. The staff were helpful and friendly and know what they are talking about and offer advice and ideas. If they haven't got something in stock they will endeavor to get it for you.

Popped in on the way home from the city on the off chance they had an air con relay for my car. Both of the guys there took the time and effort to find the part but didn't have it in stock. Allowed me to pay for it and pick it up on the way back to port Pirie at the main wharehouse.They couldn't have been more helpful. Old school customer service! Thanks guys
This store is managed so bad. The workers don't want to help. I show them a part tell them what it is and it takes over 15 minutes to find if it can be ordered in. All staff don't want to be their, body language tells you. Chewing gum, on personal mobile messaging, your standing their and you would never get, "hello, can I help you." The staff have to be asked can you help me. MANAGEMENT wake up and manage the store and your workers customer service sucks big time.
A proper car part store, not just an accessory store. If they don't have it then they'll get it quickly. The guys behind the counter know car parts which is all I care about. Yes, they are not really lovable but they've also tried hard to get what I need. My only complaint is that they often have to pull a part from another store instead of having in house. But they will get you the part.

This store sucks. Every thing is more expensive than Auto barn, super cheap auto and repro. Selling poor quality tools and refuses to refund. Staff are not honest, not telling you where to recycle old battery, even the recycle points are only 1Km away. Instead, they pretend they can deal with your old battery for not charging you. They probably sell it for their own pocket money later. While other stores they will let you know where to recycle your old battery. Very poor service and attitude. Don't waste your time and money there.
