Very good doctor, coming to Dr Lapisan in spite of extremely bad time management in the clinic overall. My appointments are never 15 min and the doctor is very fast, no single minute wasted. But as I see the clinic books her 15 min for each appointment. If my appointment was 15 min I wouldn't have come back as it's clearly not enough time. It results in very long waits. If the doctor was not that good would have preffered a different clinic
WAITING TIMES. Doctors obviously over book. I have waited for over an hour on occasions. It would be useful if you had a screen that showed where in the queue you are. This would allow a patient to rearrange their schedule, rather than just walking out. Patients are sometimes inpatient.
Every time I have a booked appointment it's at least an hour late, sometimes 2 hours, this time 1hr 20mins. If you're going to have designated times on the website for appointments please give enough time to accommodate this and not over book. This isn't a reflection of Dr Lupisan, who is a fantastic doctor, but rather the system itself. When you feel so unwell or have small children /baby this wait time is unbearable.
One secretary ‍ on the front desk is not enough. She has too much to do for one person. I recently was told that I was going to be booked into hospital for a examination and 3 weeks went past and I thought I would call the hospital and they said that the secretary ‍ hadn’t sent it. The local chemist ‍ said not to go there because they are always chasing them for late scripts. Not good enough.
My five stars is for Dr Ambar. My feedback is the lack of friendliness at the front desk is disappointing each visit. With over a decades experience as a receptionist myself I have learnt a smile and a few friendly words goes a long way and perhaps people would be less upset with wait times if the receptionists had people/ communication skills
