Forgot an meal for delivery so was refunded but still needed the meal for my father so had to pay for delivery twice, against better judgement I ordered food again a couple of weeks later and the salad used in burgers was absolutely rotten! Never again!!
I've lived in the area for just over a year, we came here on the first day we moved in. And the staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, we went from getting fish and chips maybe once a month, to once a week since we moved here. We've tried almost everything on the menu, the chips are always consistently great which can't be said for many other restaurants I've been to, the fish batter is wonderfully crispy, and the donner kebab is frankly amazing. The service is quick and the staff are just wonderful, best fish and chips/kebab in Lewisham.
Really good fish and chips arguably the best in Hither Green. Reasonably priced and decent portions. Have been going there since first opened and the quality is fairly consistent.
I had previously and regretfully, posted a low rating for this shop. I wish to retract that rating and give them the accolade that they deserve

The best fish and chip shop ive been to in tye lqst 5 years the chips are so nice the fish melts in your mouth batter is cripsy and soft. I cant wait to taste the kebab now if the fish and chips was that good. I finished the whole box which i never do as chips are heavy. 100% you need to go there. Well done guys.
I ordered from Springbank Fish and Chips yesterday and the driver Sandro didn't want to go up to bring my order and finished the order and left with my order... it's not the best choice to order from this place. I have never experienced this
Rude customer service when called on the phone when I asked why my food is taking longer than an hour to arrive.
